Terms of Service & Disclaimer
Crypterian provides on-chain reputation & sybil-resistance scoring for autonomous-agent wallets, delivered as machine-readable API endpoints paid for via the x402 protocol. By accessing crypterian.io or calling any Crypterian endpoint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Crypterian computes informational reliability and reputation signals (a numeric score, tier, confidence, and related fields) about blockchain addresses and self-declared on-chain agent identities, derived from public on-chain activity and third-party data. The service is provided to autonomous agents and their operators for their own evaluation purposes.
2. Not a consumer credit product
Crypterian is not a consumer reporting agency, credit bureau, credit score, or consumer report, and the outputs are not "consumer reports" within the meaning of the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or any analogous consumer-protection law. The subjects of our scoring are blockchain addresses and autonomous software agents — not consumers — and our scores must not be used for any FCRA-regulated purpose (including decisions about consumer credit, insurance, employment, or housing).
3. Informational only — not advice
All scores, tiers, flags, and reports are probabilistic, algorithmic assessments provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice, not a recommendation or solicitation to transact with, fund, trust, or avoid any address or agent, and not a guarantee of any party's past or future behavior. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for conducting your own due diligence.
4. No warranty
The service and all outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. On-chain and third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, reorganized, or erroneous; scores may be wrong, stale, or unavailable. Where the available evidence is insufficient, an address is returned as unranked rather than scored.
5. Sybil & risk flags
Any flag, cluster label, or characterization (for example "likely sybil," "bought-trust," or a low tier) is an automated statistical inference that may be incorrect. Such flags are not assertions of fact about any identifiable person or entity and should not be relied upon as such. Crypterian disclaims liability for characterizations that prove inaccurate.
6. Data sources & privacy
Crypterian scores public, on-chain data and self-declared, opt-in agent identities (including ERC-8004 identities and their cross-chain declarations). We do not perform involuntary de-anonymization and do not attempt to link on-chain addresses to off-chain real-world identities. Scores derive in part from third-party data providers (such as on-chain RPC and indexing services); their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and your use must not violate those providers' terms.
7. Payments (x402)
Paid endpoints are charged per call via the x402 protocol in stablecoin at the price advertised in the endpoint's payment requirements. Settled payments are final and non-refundable, including where a response returns unranked or where you disagree with a result. You are responsible for the wallet you pay from and for any network fees.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law; to harass, defame, or unlawfully discriminate against any person; for any FCRA-regulated eligibility decision; or to resell, scrape, or redistribute the outputs in a manner that misrepresents them as guarantees or as our endorsement. You may not interfere with, overload, or attempt to circumvent the payment or rate controls of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamhimself LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits, lost funds, or losses arising from reliance on any score, flag, or report — even if advised of the possibility. In all cases, our aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you paid to Crypterian for the specific call(s) giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, liability is limited to the least amount permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jamhimself LLC from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of organization, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and the unenforceable provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Jamhimself LLC regarding the service, and you may not assign them without our consent.
